Mindfulness based stress reduction
Fit Philosphie is excited to offer the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course starting in January 2019. This evidence-based course teaches mindfulness practices (e.g. breath meditation, body scan meditation, yoga), and offers group connection aimed at enhancing self-awareness and reducing stress.
Join us every Wednesday, November 28-December 20th from 7PM-8PM for a taste of MBSR and to learn valuable, easily implemented stress reduction techniques for the holidays.
