PLYOGA™ uses a 4-part plyometric interval system which implements yoga as an active recovery, creating achievability and a true growth process. PLYOGA™ encourages you to be better in tune with your body, your goals, and your overall desire to be great. As with many of our classes it is an excellent compliment to sports and athletic training.
