Part of committing to a fitness routine is enjoying the people with whom you workout. A community and culture grows up around every gym and fitness studio boutique. At Fit Philosophie we enjoy an amazing group of wonderful clients who encourage and support one another. We wanted to take some time to spotlight the people who make our corner of the world so fantastic.
FITNESS GOALS: Maintain healthy weight, take care of my body as I age, gain/maintain muscle and bone strength
FAVORITE CLASS: Barre, Tabata Express, actually love them all!
CLASS TO TRY: I tried Pound Fit and really enjoyed it. Need to figure out how to fit it in my schedule! Also would like to try Row-Ga.
GUILTY PLEASURE: I’m a chip-a-holic. Also would never turn down dessert!
