This class will showcase all of the pilates apparatus! This format will integrate reformer, chair, springboard, and the best that mat has to offer.
+Reformer: Jumpboard and Props
This class will focus on the use of various pilates props while integrating jump board drills all throughout the workout.
+Introduction to Pilates Apparatus
This class will be limited to 1 participant at a time. It is the best choice for a new client to our studio who has never participated in these new types of exercise. It is required that students who have no prior apparatus experience take this session one time. It is recommended that clients take this class 2-3 times before joining some of the other classes.
+Spin RX 90
This class will combine spinning and trx together! Be prepared for a super high intensity workout that lasts for 90 minutes. This class will be a combination of high intensity cardio and strength training using TRX, weights, BOSU, Gliding discs and more!
+Spin Reformation 90
This 90 minute class will combine spinning and pilates apparatus together for the ultimate cross training workout! Cardio and total body strength using the reformers, chairs, towers, and all the pilates props.
This class is a great choice for a beginner or for someone with a very busy schedule! It is 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of strength training using pilates and traditional strength methods.
This class is a traditional spinning class that will last for 60 minutes and incorporate all the elements of outdoor riding. Come ready to climb, sprint, time trial and sweat!
